Spiritual Care Strategy Questionnaire

The Chaplaincy provides a service to all patients who are admitted into Hospital. Currently, the multi-faith chaplaincy team offers religious and spiritual care to people of faith and none.  Chaplains offer a safe environment and a friendly ear to those who want to talk about these issues; anxieties and other feelings than can come up during a stay in hospital.
