Did you use an email address other than your Trust issued email address when registering? Maybe you used a Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc account to register.
There is a link on the log in page that emails a link to you, allowing you to reset your password. You will need to know the email address you registered with. Password reset emails will come from SDS.Notifications@tgh.nhs.uk
Check your junk email folder of the email account you used to register with. Sometimes things end up there.
Once logged into the portal, click on the "Hello {name}!" link, from here you can click on email on the left hand menu and enter a new email address.
